The following programs have notified the New York State Education Department (NYSED) that they will cease operation effective June 30, 2015. As a result, NYSED is seeking program modification applications from State approved 4410 preschool providers, currently approved to operate in NYC, that are interested in a program expansion to address needs resulting from these program closures.

S.K.I.P (Special Kids Intervention Program) is located at 156-45 84th Street; Howard Beach, New York 11414. The agency operates the following:
